Refund and Return Policy

Overview
At Corona Promotions, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, please note that all sales of event tickets are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for tickets under any circumstance, including but not limited to schedule changes, personal reasons, or event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This policy is in accordance with Arizona consumer protection regulations.

For all other eligible items, our standard return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Event tickets (non-refundable under all circumstances)
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items (select items)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) in the following situations:

  • Book with clear signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any return initiated after the 30-day window

Refunds (Non-Ticket Items Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (it may take additional processing time).
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, contact us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If not, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. We are not responsible for lost returns.
